Requesting a stay

A reservation request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking or a payment. Your host will check availability and agree final pricing, payment arrangements and terms before confirming.

Pricing and cancellation

Burlington Mansions

Free cancellation at least 24 hours before check-in, with a full refund of the £50 deposit. For cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in or a no-show, the £50 deposit is retained as the only cancellation or no-show charge; no further stay charge applies. A £50 booking deposit is paid by bank transfer and credited towards the total stay price. Your host provides payment instructions and agrees the remaining-balance payment timing before confirming your booking.

Calendar updates

Calendars refresh periodically and platform updates can be delayed. Third-party platform pricing and terms do not automatically apply to a direct booking.

Property rules

Flat 51 sleeps four guests. No smoking, pets or parties. Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. Confirm the children policy with your host.
