Our spacious apartment brings together historic character and the everyday comforts you love, about 500 metres from Boscombe Pier and the beach. Settle into the bright lounge-diner, share a meal, or enjoy a slow morning in the separate fully equipped kitchen. There are two comfortable bedrooms—a double and a twin—and two bathrooms, making a relaxed base for up to four guests. Free on-site parking, WiFi and a washing machine make the practical things easy. Guests can also enjoy the building’s communal gym, pool table and shared gardens. For a beach break or time exploring the Dorset coast, this is a place to come back to and unwind.

Standard nightly rate £145. Holiday nightly rate £165. £165 on England/Wales bank holidays and the BCP Council school-holiday dates. Bank-holiday weekends cover Friday through Monday nights for Friday/Monday holidays. Prices beyond 21 July 2028 need reconfirmation. Cleaning included. Minimum 3 nights. Booking deposit £50, credited to the total; bank transfer is arranged privately with the host.

Check-in from 15:00. Check-out by 11:00. Maximum 4 guests. No smoking, pets or parties.

Free cancellation at least 24 hours before check-in, with a full refund of the £50 deposit. For cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in or a no-show, the £50 deposit is retained as the only cancellation or no-show charge; no further stay charge applies. A £50 booking deposit is paid by bank transfer and credited towards the total stay price. Your host provides payment instructions and agrees the remaining-balance payment timing before confirming your booking.
